In order to guarantee a seat at the reception, you must RSVP by March 1, 2025. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate anyone who has not RSVP'd in advance. ​ Please note, this event is by invitation only. When completing the RSVP, the form will prompt you to enter your first and last name, which will automatically include other guests invited in your party. Please do not bring any guests who are not included on your invitation. If you're unable to attend, please know that there are no hard feelings at all. If you're unsure about your availability, please wait to RSVP until you're certain. This helps us manage our planning and ensures a smoother experience for everyone. Our RSVP form is personalized and only includes the names of guests who have been specifically invited. To ensure our celebration is intimate and in line with our venue’s capacity, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. If a plus-one has been extended to you, it will be clearly indicated on your RSVP form. Thank you for your understanding!

We love your kids, but take the night off! We'd love for our guests to enjoy themselves without the worry of little eyes and ears, so we are unable to accommodate children at our reception.

We’re embracing a soft, natural color palette for our wedding day and would love for guests to wear elegant attire in neutral tones. Whether it’s beige, champagne, soft pastels, taupes, or shades of grey, we encourage you to choose colors that are subtle and elegant. ​ While we encourage these hues, feel free to wear what makes you feel most comfortable. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up to help us celebrate!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at The Broadway Avenue. Doors will open at 4:30pm, and we recommend arriving early to allow adequate time for parking. The Broadway Avenue 1140 Broadway Ave NW Grand Rapids, MI 49504 **Please note: Hotel check-in times are typically around 4:00pm. If you are arriving on Saturday and are planning to stay overnight, we suggest checking in during our cocktail hour to ensure you have plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony.

There is limited onsite parking which will be reserved for our vendors. However, there are several parking options and we recommend arriving early to allow time to park and walk to the venue. Parking attendants will be available to help direct you. Option 1: There are 15 parking spaces available across the street from the venue at the P&F Supply lot Option 2: There is a large parking lot located at 1210 Broadway Ave Option 3: There is a large parking lot located at 1209 Turner Ave Option 4: Street parking

We kindly ask that you please refrain from taking photos and/or videos during the ceremony. We've invested in professional photographers and videographers to capture these intimate moments, and we want to make sure they can do so without distractions. Feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like after the ceremony. Thank you for helping us make this moment memorable and uninterrupted!

We will not be offering an open bar at our wedding, so please ensure you have cash or a credit/debit card available for any drink purchases during the event. No Alcohol Policy: Our venue has a strict no outside alcohol policy. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the event. Violating this policy could result in a fine for us, and we want to avoid any issues with the venue.

Reception will end promptly at 11:00pm.
